These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Gameify AS through our online shop www.gameify.gg
By completing a purchase, you agree to our terms of sale and confirm that you have read and understood the information regarding your right of withdrawal and returns.

2. Order and payment

When you place an order with us, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
This is merely confirmation that we have received your order – the agreement is binding only once we have processed and accepted the order.

Payment will be made via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. Vipps, Klarna, card payment or instalment payment).

3. Prices and products

All prices are quoted in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT).
We reserve the right to change prices, typos, and product information without prior notice.

4. Delivery

Normal delivery time for pre-built or standard products is 2–5 working days.
For custom-built gaming PCs, delivery usually takes 5–15 working days, depending on component availability.
You will receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

5. Right of withdrawal for standard products

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the goods.
This applies only to non-customised products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Customers pay for return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Right of withdrawal for custom-built PCs

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the customer's own specifications, cf. the Consumer Contracts Act, Section 22, letter e.

This means that when you order a custom-built gaming PC and choose the components yourself (such as processor, graphics card, RAM, case, etc.),
The right of withdrawal lapses as soon as the construction of the PC has begun.

By confirming your purchase, you agree that the right of withdrawal expires when the production of your PC commences.

If you wish to cancel your order before construction has begun, you must contact us immediately.
Once construction has commenced, the purchase is binding.

7. Complaint

All products are covered by the Consumer Purchase Act, which gives you the right to complain about manufacturing defects for up to 2 years (5 years for essential goods).
Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

8. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
The information is used solely to process the order and for customer service.
